Bj Roush

BJ Roush has extensive experience in change management and technology operations, currently serving as the Manager of Global IT / OT Change Management at Newmont Corporation since June 2020. Previously, BJ held the position of Manager of Change & Release Management at Invesco US and spent over two decades at OppenheimerFunds, where responsibilities included managing technology changes, audit compliance, and CI/CD deployments. Earlier roles also included leadership in IT service desk operations and cybersecurity engineering. BJ holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Arapahoe Community College and education from Arapahoe High School and the University of Denver.
