Corey Leuders

Corey Leuders is a seasoned talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Newmont Corporation since November 2023. Prior to this role, Corey spent five years at Newcrest Mining, where responsibilities included designing and overseeing a global recruitment function across various regions. With a background in executive search at one of the world's largest gold mining companies and extensive experience in recruitment leadership roles at MMG Limited, Corey demonstrated success in optimizing recruitment processes and developing diversity strategies. Corey's earlier roles span multiple consultancies and sectors, with a solid foundation in recruitment and internal consulting, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of South Australia.
