Felix Amoa

Felix Amoa has extensive experience in business improvement and planning, currently serving as the Business Improvement Senior Manager at Newmont Corporation since 2008. Throughout the tenure at Newmont, Felix has held multiple leadership roles, including Regional Planning Manager, Business Planning & Systems Manager, Senior Business Planning Analyst, Head of Project Accounting, and Supervisor of Site Finance and Business Readiness. Prior to joining Newmont, Felix was a Senior Associate and Associate at ING Consult from 2003 to April 2008. Felix's career began at Golden Harvest (Gh) Ltd, where the role of Head of Finance and Administration was held from 2002 to 2003. Felix holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Ghana.
