James Trillet

James Trillet is a seasoned data engineering professional currently serving as the Sr. Lead Data Engineer/BI Manager at Newmont Mining Corporation since February 2011. Key achievements include leading the migration of the company's data warehouse from an on-prem Teradata platform to Google BigQuery, involving extensive historical data loading and the conversion of over 700 SAP Data Services jobs into data build tool scripts. Prior to this role, James held the position of Sr. ETL Architect, leading a global Supply Chain team in the transition of ETL processes from Informatica to SAP Data Services during the implementation of SAP ERP. Earlier in the career at Dish Network as a Principal Developer, James oversaw a team of ETL developers and spearheaded the Central Survey Repository project.
