Jessica Kern

Jessica Kern possesses extensive experience in management and planning roles within various organizations, currently serving as Executive Compensation Manager, Workforce Planning Manager, and in Business Planning at Newmont Corporation since August 2016. Prior to this, Jessica held the position of Accounting Manager at Closet & Storage Concepts from June 2015 to July 2016, and was a Manager at Roma Restaurant from March 2013 to March 2015. Jessica earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Northern Colorado in 2023, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the same institution, completed in 2015.
