Malgorzata Sikora

Malgorzata Sikora is currently working as a Data Science Lead at Newmont Corporation since November 2023. Prior to this, Malgorzata held the same position at Newcrest Mining. With a background in analytics and mining, Malgorzata has also worked as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, and Intern at various organizations such as VISTRA, KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., and PAK Kopalnia Węgla Brunatnego Konin S.A. Malgorzata holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Analytics from RMIT University and a Master of Science (MSc) in Underground and Open-Pit Mining from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.
