Some of the previous experiences of the team include working as a Chief Financial Officer, Senior Manager, Financial Manager, Audit Manager, EVP and General Counsel, Regional General Counsel, Lead Counsel, Legal and Financial Director, President, Secure Payment Transactions, President, Mobile Communications, Chief Strategy Officer, Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Director of Engineering. The team is also educated in Accountancy, Accounting, Law, Biology and Chemistry, Signal Processing, and Electrical Engineering from universities such as the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Indiana University Bloomington, West Virginia University College of Law, Davis and Elkins College, Stanford University, and the University of Wyoming.
