Shilpa Shetty has worked in the recruitment and human resources field since 2013. Shilpa began their career at Core Edge Solutions LLP as an HR-Recruiter in 2013. In 2015, they moved to TOPSYS IT as an HR IT Recruiter. In 2016, they became a Freelance IT Recruiter. In 2018, they joined Athamas Technologies Pvt.Ltd as a Human Resources Associate. In 2019, they began working as a Recruiter at Freelance Recruitment. Currently, they are a Sr IT Recruiter at NewPage Solutions.

Shilpa Shetty attended Belgaum from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Diploma in Computer Science Engineering.
