Together with the Gior family who, as mentioned, founded the company, are also partners in Newpan "Allied Investments" group headed by Professor Yitzhak Suari which purchased 30% of the shares in 2004, and as of August 2021, Bank Hapoalim's (through “Poalim Equity”) that purchased 19.5% of the company shares.
