Bryce McCormick

Bryce McCormick, SHRM-SCP, has significant experience in human resources, spanning various roles and industries. Bryce is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources for Fluids Systems at Newpark. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Power Division at TRC Companies, Inc. Bryce also held the position of HR Consultant at Petrofac.

Bryce has a long history with Seadrill, where they held multiple roles, including HR Director for the Global Mobility and Talent Acquisition Group, HR Director for the HR Shared Services Centre, and Head of HR for Seadrill's Global Employment Company. Bryce successfully transitioned the management of Seadrill's Global Employment Company from Dubai to Liverpool and implemented the HR Shared Services Centre in the UK.

Additionally, Bryce has experience with Precision Drilling as an HR Manager for International Operations, Valaris Limited as a Senior HR Manager for the Middle East & Africa, Baker Hughes as an HR Manager for the North America Region, Dynegy as an HR Manager and HR Advisor, and Halliburton as an HR Generalist.

Throughout their career, Bryce has demonstrated expertise in organizational development, talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic HR management. Bryce has also managed various HR initiatives, such as the establishment of HR Shared Services Centres and the successful start-up of land rigs in Saudi Arabia.

Bryce McCormick, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Houston, completed between 1990 and 1995. In 2016, Bryce McCormick attended the University of Cambridge's General Management Program, focusing on Business/Commerce, General. Additionally, Bryce McCormick obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in 2022.
