Kerry Symons-Wardlaw

Kerry Symons-Wardlaw, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Talent Development Manager at Newpark since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kerry was the Director of Training and Talent Development at Empower Pharmacy from September 2019 to August 2022. Additionally, Kerry held the position of Senior Director of Organizational Development at Compliance Training International from 2018 to 2019, where the company focused on providing online compliance training solutions. Kerry's earlier experience includes long-term roles at DGM, serving as both Director of Training and Executive Director from October 1997 to May 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Capella University, along with studies at Durban University of Technology, the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the University of South Africa, and IIE Varsity College.
