Keri Carter-Moore

Keri Carter-Moore has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Keri currently works as a Recruitment & Business Development Specialist at NewPath Child & Family Solutions, where they focus on recruiting and developing employees. Prior to this role, they served as a Regional Marketing Coordinator for the It Takes a Heart campaign at Ohio Children's Alliance.

Previously, Keri held various positions at Necco from 2019 to 2022. Keri started as a Home Resource Assistant and then became a Foster Parent Recruiter, where they developed strategies for effective recruitment and managed the recruitment budget. Later, they were promoted to Team Leader and eventually became the Director of Sales & Foster Parent Recruiting. In this role, they recruited and selected employees, implemented marketing strategies, and improved the lead qualification process.

Before Necco, Keri worked at the National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) starting in 2016. Keri held roles such as Community Impact Associate, where they conducted public relations activities, managed office events, and performed administrative tasks. Keri also served as an Administrative Assistant and an Office Specialist at NYAP.

Keri's work experience also includes positions at Nordstrom as an Apparel employee and Men's Wearhouse as a Customer Service Associate. Keri began their professional career as an Intern/Receptionist at Tender Steps Enrichment Center.

Keri Carter-Moore completed their education at Southern New Hampshire University. From 2016 to 2018, they pursued an Associate's degree in Business Administration. Following that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university, studying from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their academic qualifications, Keri Carter-Moore earned the certification of Certified CPR & First Aid Instructor from the American Heart Association in November 2018.
