Dan Dodson

Dan Dodson is a seasoned professional in the engineering and product portfolio strategy domains, currently serving as the Director of Product Portfolio Strategy for Absorbents at New Pig since August 2025. Prior to this role, Dodson amassed over 23 years of experience at Blair Image Elements, where key positions included Senior Director of Engineering, Director of Product Engineering, and Engineering Manager, among others. Dodson holds a B.S. in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology with a Mechanical Engineering focus and an A.S. in Mechanical Engineering, both from Penn State University.
