Karen M.

Karen M. has a comprehensive work experience spanning several decades. Karen started their career as a Photo-Journalist at Sedloff Publications in 1979 and worked there until 1981. Karen then joined L. Robert Kimball & Associates, where they held the position of Vice President Human Resources from 1981 to 2010. Following that, they worked at L.R. Kimball as Vice President Human Resources from 2010 to 2013. At L.R. Kimball, Karen served as a strategic HR business partner and managed all areas of human resources, including talent management initiatives. Karen then moved on to New Pig, where they held various roles, including Director of Talent Development, Director of Human Resources, and Vice President Human Resources. Their tenure at New Pig started in 2013 and continues to the present.
