We are a venture studio building the next generation of marketing technology companies across New Zealand and Australia. Our mission is to transform the impact and influence of marketing by creating products at the centre of the future Martech stack, bringing greater creativity, confidence, and joy back to marketers’ everyday work.

We believe great businesses are not built on ideas alone. While identifying meaningful problems and building high-quality products matters deeply, exceptional outcomes are ultimately driven by exceptional founders and teams. Our focus is on partnering with ambitious people to build enduring B2B SaaS companies from the ground up.

As a venture studio, we create, validate, iterate, and launch companies internally. We focus on the earliest stages of company building; identifying opportunities, validating problems, developing initial products, shaping brands and go-to-market strategies, and proving early product-market fit. We then work closely with founders to secure early customers, build strong teams, and establish the operational foundations required to scale successfully.

Our portfolio includes companies such as:

➕Tracksuit, an always-on brand tracking platform combining market research and technology to help organisations measure brand health.
➕Ideally, an on-demand insights and innovation platform enabling rapid concept and message testing.
➕Aether (acquired), an AI platform that transforms organisational data into on-brand presentations and documents.
➕Drumbeat, a PR platform that turns storytelling into any company's growth engine, helping brands find the right stories, reach the right audiences, and share them across owned and earned channels in ways that are relevant, credible, and consistent.
