Ryan Koehler

Ryan Koehler is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Vice President of Direct Originations at NewPoint Real Estate Capital since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at Freddie Mac from June 2016 to January 2022, advancing from Multifamily Production & Sales Senior Analyst to Multifamily Senior Producer. Ryan obtained a Master's of Real Estate from Georgetown University in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Clemson University, completed in 2016, along with a High School Diploma from Unionville High School awarded in 2012.
