Eric Vierling is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Newport Beach Country Club since December 2022, Vierling previously held the position of Executive Chef and acting Director of Food and Beverage at Embassy Suites by Hilton Temecula Valley Wine Country. Other notable roles include Head Chef at Blackbird Tavern, Cook 1 for banquets at Monarch Beach Resort, and various positions at Monarch Bay Club and St. Regis Monarch Beach.
