Michael Taber

Michael Taber is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in the arts, wellness, and education. Currently serving as a Teacher Artist for Disney's Musical In Schools at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts and as a Senior Aerobics/Tai Chi Instructor at Rooted Rehabilitation, Michael also teaches Origami for Strategic Kids, LLC, and offers Yoga classes at both Newport Beach Country Club and previously at Chuze Fitness. An Astrologer, Yogi, Tai Chi, and Reiki Master with a background in theater, Michael's artistic journey includes acting as a freelancer and leading wellness workshops, yoga instruction, and nature-based retreats across various scenic locations. Michael's educational credentials include a B.A. in Theater from San Diego State University, a 500 Hour Certification in Ashtanga Yoga, and numerous certifications in Reiki and Astrology.
