Chris Finn

Chris Finn is an experienced football operations professional with a comprehensive background in talent identification and recruitment across various clubs in the UK. Currently serving as Head of Football Operations at Newport County AFC since December 2022, Chris has previously held roles including First Team Recruitment at Nottingham Forest FC and Cardiff City Football Club, as well as First Team Scout positions at Middlesbrough FC and Birmingham City FC. Additional experience includes overseeing opposition scouting and recruitment at Cardiff City Football Club and Norwich City Football Club. Chris also worked as a UK Scouting Coordinator for The Scouting Network, where responsibilities included scouting and assessing opponents and maintaining a UK database. Education was completed at Bedminster Down.
