Sports and Recreation

The Sports and Recreation Team at Newport County YMCA organizes and manages a variety of athletic and recreational programs aimed at enhancing the physical, mental, and social well-being of participants. They coordinate activities such as gymnastics, aquatics, Special Olympics, youth sports development, and pickleball. The team ensures that all members, regardless of ability or background, have access to inclusive and enriching sport experiences that align with the YMCA's mission of community improvement and personal growth.
