Brandon J. Edwards

Brandon J. Edwards, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting, currently serving as Manager of Accounting Services at Newport Group since July 2019. In this role, Brandon manages a team and acts as a technical accounting resource. Previously, Brandon was a Statutory Reporting Accountant at Hannover Re, where responsibilities included preparing financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Brandon's career at Newport Group began in 2006, progressing from Staff Accountant to Senior Staff Accountant and then to Team Lead, where responsibilities included overseeing financial reporting for complex clients and managing staff. Brandon holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Florida.
