Lisa Lacayo

Lisa Lacayo has accumulated over 15 years of experience working in various roles within the qualified retirement plan industry. Lisa started their career as an Account Executive at Equitable in 1987 and later held the position of Vice President at San Francisco Associates Pension Company. In 2000, they became the President of Benefits Resource Group before moving on to serve as VP of National Sales at BenefitStreet, Inc. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at NextStep Defined Contribution, Inc. as both a Senior Sales Consultant and Vice President of Field Sales. Currently, they are Vice President at Newport Group, where they have held roles such as Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Institutional Account Management before transitioning to their current role as Vice President of Key Accounts and Conversions in 2020. Throughout their career, Lisa Lacayo has focused on working with Registered Investment Advisors to enhance their qualified retirement plan practices.

Lisa Lacayo completed their high school education at Redwood High School from 1979 to 1983. Following that, they attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economics.
