Tom Hinsch

Tom Hinsch has extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on retirement services. Tom started their career at CBIZ Retirement Services in 1994, where they held various roles culminating in Senior Vice President. At CBIZ, they were responsible for technology strategy and client services. Tom then moved to Geller Group Ltd as a Director before joining Newport Group in 2004. At Newport, they held roles such as Director of Operations, Director of Qualified Project Management, and eventually Vice President of Product Management. Their responsibilities at Newport included overseeing operational efficiency, process improvement, and functional alignment within the department.

Tom Hinsch obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in 1990, followed by a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from Stony Brook University in 1992. Additional certifications include a Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager obtained in January 2021, and Finra Series 6 and 26 securities licenses obtained in 2006.
