Cassidy Woods is the managing partner and COO of Newport Home Care, a senior caregiver organization that delivers in-home assistance and support to seniors wanting to stay in their homes. Cassidy has over 10 years of experience in business operations and management, with a specialty in home care. Cassidy also has experience in real estate consulting.

Woods oversees daily operations for Newport Home Care, which includes recruiting and directing employees, developing business expansion plans, managing compliance and regulatory initiatives, and streamlining client management deliverables. Cassidy is also responsible for managing risk and overseeing accounts receivable. In their previous role as office executive at PrimeCare Quality Home Care, they were responsible for recruiting and training staff, hiring and mentoring leadership, and managing scheduling and administrative functions.
