James L.

James L. currently serves as the Area Director of Sales Marketing for Newport Hospitality Group, Inc. since February 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Sales and Marketing at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from November 2016 to February 2019, and at Wyndham Worldwide from February 2016 to October 2016. Additionally, James held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Remington Hospitality from March 2007 to February 2016, overseeing properties such as Sheraton Mission Valley and Hilton Costa Mesa. Earlier in the career, James worked as a Senior Sales Manager for White Lodging Services from 2005 to 2007. James earned a B.S. in Marketing from Biola University, completing studies in 2004.
