In their current role as Portfolio Manager at Newport Private Wealth, Kyle Smith, CFA, MBA oversees investment portfolios. Prior to this, Kyle held positions at CIBC Wood Gundy as an Investment Advisor and at Canaccord Genuity Inc. as Director of Institutional Equity Trading. With a background in investment banking, project finance, and institutional equity trading, Kyle's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Lehigh University and a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University. Kyle is also a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute.
