Laura Schnaible Msed

Laura Schnaible has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Laura started their career as a Marketing Intern at Starin Marketing in 2006. Laura then joined The New England Center for Children in 2007, where they initially worked as a Level Two Teacher, managing individual student cases and implementing educational programs. Later, they transitioned to the role of Staff Recruiter, responsible for recruiting and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. As a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist at the same organization, Laura focused on talent acquisition, highlighting internship and job opportunities, and attended recruitment events at universities across multiple states. In 2022, they joined Newport Restaurant Group as a Recruiting Director and eventually was promoted to the role of Director of Talent Acquisition and Culture in 2023.

Laura Schnaible earned a Masters degree in Severe Special Education from Simmons University, which they attended from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Valparaiso University, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing and Psychology from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their educational background, Laura Schnaible obtained the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in June 2016 from the institution SHRM.
