Substitute Teacher And Personal Tutor at Newport School Department

Reed Spiller is currently a Graduate Student at the University of Bridgeport, a position held since August 2017. In addition, Reed serves as a Substitute Teacher and Personal Tutor for the Portsmouth School Department, teaching all subjects from elementary to high school while employing sports to enhance student focus and behavior. Previous experience includes roles as a Laboratory Technician at UPL Limited, a Bartender at Poco's Bow Street Cantina, and a Crew Leader and Installer at Sperry Tents Inc., where management promotion occurred within two months of employment. Reed also played as a Coach and Player for Pionniers de Touraine, leading the team to the French National Championship game, and worked as an Office Assistant for the Jerome N. Frank Legal Services Organization, providing administrative support and developing strong communication skills. Reed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Yale University, earned in 2012, and is a graduate of Portsmouth High School in Portsmouth, NH.
