Kevin Winters

Kevin Winters serves as the Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Newport World Resorts since January 2023. Previously, Kevin held the position of SVP Strategy & Analytics at Melco Resorts & Entertainment from July 2017 to January 2023, focusing on revenue management and operational productivity. Prior to that, Kevin worked at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where roles included Vice President & Assistant General Manager at Harrah's, overseeing record employee engagement and exceeding financial performance targets, as well as leading various analytics initiatives and planning functions. Kevin’s career began at Harrah's Entertainment, where responsibilities spanned multiple roles in planning and analysis. An alumnus of UNLV Lee Business School, Kevin holds a degree in Finance.
