Harry Kim has a long and varied work experience. Harry began their career in 2001 as a Senior Software Engineer at Wind River, where they developed and debugged IKE (Internet Key Exchange protocol) implementation, implemented PKI support in IKE using 3rd party PKI software, and developed and debugged SADB implementation. In 2003, they moved to Panasonic Avionics Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for 2 different products for the software related design and develop, coordinated between hardware engineers and software engineers, and tested all pieces of the hardware on new seatbox and worked with hardware developer to isolate and fix the problems. In 2006, they joined Thales Avionics as a Principal Software Engineer, where their primary responsibilities included design, develop and maintain the “In Flight Entertainment system” software, design and develop Linux Kernel driver for various parts of embedded system, and design and develop API’s for easier access to device drivers and simpler maintenances. In 2008, they moved to Samsung SDS as Senior Software Engineering Manager. In 2014, they joined Belkin International as Lead firmware Software Engineer, where they led embedded IOT software development (switch, sensor, camera, etc), and Apple Homekit integration in existing IOT device. Currently, they are working as Chief Software Engineer at NEWRACOM.

Harry Kim received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
