Frank Carpentier

Frank Carpentier is an experienced executive in the food service and catering industry, currently serving as Vice Président Maghreb and Directeur général Maroc at Newrest since November 2016. Previously held positions at Newrest include Directeur du Développement Commercial France and Directeur général Tunisien, overseeing operations for multiple companies with a workforce of 1,700 employees in Tunisia involved in collective catering, in-flight catering, and airport concession management. Prior to Newrest, Frank Carpentier was the directeur commercial at Eurest, managing development across three subsidiaries in 22 departments of the Grand Ouest region. Educational background includes attendance at Lycée Hôtelier Azereix in Tarbes from 1982 to 1985.
