Joe Diaz

Joe Diaz, SPHR, is the Human Resources Director at Newrest, where they oversee HR operations across Delta's in-flight catering and food production units in the U.S. With a strong background in human resources, Joe has previously held positions at Convergys, Okland Construction, Ore Inc., and Intermountain Staffing. They have developed extensive expertise in recruiting, workforce planning, employee relations, and strategic management. Joe earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Utah State University’s Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.
