Marc Giraud

Marc Giraud has over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including significant roles at Compass Group and Newrest. They served as Directeur Régional at Compass Group from 2005 to 2010 and, later, as a professor at Université Internationale de Casablanca, teaching restauration in the Nutrition and Dietetics program from 2016 to 2019. Since 2021, Marc has held the position of Directeur Général at Newrest, overseeing the concession catering division in France. They also completed advanced business management education at EMLYON Business School and ESSEC Business School, following foundational studies at Lycée Hôtelier de Nice.
