Rachid Affassy

Rachid AFFASSY has extensive experience in the hospitality and management sectors, currently serving as a Chef de secteur and Manager at Newrest since January 2010, where involvement in the ISO 22000 v2018 certification team is also noted. Prior to this role, Rachid held the position of Treasurer at the Association Marocaine de développement et de formation from January 2016 to April 2018. Experience in educational roles includes being a Formateur de technologie hôtelière at both the Centre d'hôtellerie et de Restauration CHR Casa and ISMT. Beginning a career in commercial management as Responsable commercial at AFL sarl, Rachid also holds a DEUG in Économie from Université Hassan II and a Diplôme de technicien Supérieur in Gestion Hôtelière from ISTA-HR Casablanca.
