Saar Rajzbaum has extensive experience in the food and beverage sector, holding key management positions across various prestigious establishments. As the Deputy Director of Food & Beverage at Le Normandy Hotel, Saar managed a team of 60 and oversaw multiple profit centers. Previous roles include Restaurant Director at Forest Lodge, where performance achievements were recognized at a global final, and Project Manager at FAUCHON RECEPTIONS, handling event coordination and customer satisfaction. Beyond these, Saar owned Cotcot Minute, a charitable food concept, and held administrative roles at Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts. Most recently, Saar served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Mavrommatis, directing two restaurants and a wine cellar, and is currently engaged with Newrest as Restaurant Director, managing large-scale operations and events.
