Bernice Lim

Bernice Lim began their work experience in 2012 as a Senior Associate at CitiLegal LLC, where they worked until June 2017. Bernice then joined OnDeck in December 2017 as a Product Manager - International, later being promoted to Senior Product Manager, Product Strategy and International in August 2019. Bernice worked at OnDeck until March 2021. Currently, they are working at Newrez LLC, starting in April 2021 as the Director of Product Management. In June 2022, they were promoted to the role of Head of Digital (VP Product Management).

Bernice Lim received their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the National University of Singapore in 2012. Bernice then obtained admission as an Advocate & Solicitor at the Supreme Court in Singapore in 2013. In 2017, they completed a certification in Software Product Management from Product School.
