Deborah Rodgers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and analysis. Currently serving as a Workforce Manager at Newrez LLC since August 2020, Deborah previously held the position of Workforce Senior Analyst at Iron Mountain from October 2016 to August 2020. Deborah's career began at Verizon, where roles spanned from Supervisor Work Force Planning and Analysis, overseeing staffing and performance metrics for 187 employees across seven call centers, to various supervisory positions focused on credit-collections and training. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Scranton, earned in 1987.
