Travis Kingsbauer has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Travis started their career at Tafford Uniforms, where they worked as a Business Systems Analyst. Their responsibilities included helping employees with network, software, and computer problems, learning and documenting a new backend system, and managing user accounts and privileges.
After that, Travis joined NextGen Healthcare Information Systems as a Client Support Analyst. In this role, they assisted clients with software and hardware issues, coordinated with Dell for prompt issue resolution, and performed database copies and upgrades.
Travis then moved on to Newrez LLC, where they held various roles. Travis started as a Technical Support Analyst II, troubleshooting hardware, peripheral, and software issues, maintaining user accounts and permissions, and troubleshooting connectivity and faxing problems. Travis then became an IT Service Desk Team Lead, followed by a promotion to Service Desk Manager. As Service Desk Manager, Travis oversaw Service Desk operations, ensured SLAs were met, gathered reports on productivity and performance metrics, handled urgent escalations to prevent delays in loan closings, and implemented process improvements and innovations. Most recently, they have been serving as the Director of IT.
Throughout their career, Travis has demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring efficient IT operations and providing excellent customer support.
Travis Kingsbauer attended Kutztown University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Science.
