Will Traber

Will Traber has extensive experience in the field of recruiting and human resources. Will is currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at Newrez LLC since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing from July 2014 to July 2022, where they held various roles including Director of Recruiting, Senior Manager of Recruiting, Recruiting Manager, Senior Recruiter, and Recruiter. Before that, they gained experience as a Human Resources Assistant and Management Trainee at Alice Manufacturing Company, Inc. from May 2012 to March 2014. Will'scareer began at Publix, where they worked as a Customer Service Staff from September 2007 to May 2013.

Will Traber completed their Associate of Arts in General Studies from Tri-County Technical College in 2009. Will then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Management from Clemson University, graduating in 2011.
