Lucy Woods

Lucy Woods has a long and varied career in the telecommunications industry. Lucy began their career in 1981 at British Telecom (BT) where they held a number of roles, including Head of Consumer Marketing, Executive Assistant to the Chairman, Operations Management, and Finance. In 1997, they became the CEO of BT Northern Ireland and Ireland. In 1999, they moved to MCI WorldCom as the CEO of EMEA. In 2003, they joined Viatel as the CEO. In 2013, they became a Non-Executive Director at Digiweb Holdings Ltd. In 2016, they were an Executive Director at Automotive and Insurance Solutions Group plc, a Vehicle Credit Hire Organisation, where they completed a Board Position and Interim Consulting assignment to complete restructuring, refinancing, and value transformation. In 2017, they became the CEO of ACCIDENT EXCHANGE LIMITED. In 2019, they took on the roles of Director of the Board of Directors at Newrotex Limited and Non-Executive Board Member at Shared Access.

Lucy Woods completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London in 1980. Lucy then pursued a Graduate of Stanford Executive Programme from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 1992, in the field of International Business.
