Michal Teplica is the CEO of News and Media Holding a.s. Michal has previously served as the CEO of Media and Digital Services, the CEO of digita.sk, and the Group Investment Director of Starmedia Co (VivaKi Exchange Slovakia). Michal has also been the Head of Sales for Zoznam.sk and the Obchodný riaditeľ for Okey Rádio.

Ing. Michal Teplica studied finance and general economic at the Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave (Bratislava School of Economics).
