Jay McDonald has extensive experience in incident and problem management across various technology platforms, currently serving as Lead Analyst for Governance Risk and Compliance at News Corp Australia since February 2018. Previous roles include Service Operations Manager and Major Incident & Problem Manager in the APAC Region, where responsibilities encompassed managing global incident and problem management processes and coordinating resources during critical incidents.
