Prior to this, Kelly held various talent development roles at companies such as Citadel Securities, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, GE Capital, and Debenhams Retailer. With a background in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT, Kelly has a strong foundation in talent development and change management.
