As the founder and creator of The Collective Pro, which includes hosting a podcast, Brooke Lee Smith has demonstrated strong leadership in the beauty industry since 2019. Additionally, experience spans freelance work as a beauty creative since 2009, and roles with major networks such as Fox News Channel and CNN. Brooke Lee Smith also served as an Education Manager at CAO Cosmetics USA from 2013 to 2017, after completing a cosmetology degree at Paul Mitchell the School-Atlanta.
