Alan Adkins is a seasoned creative services producer with extensive experience in the broadcasting industry since May 1999 at NewsChannel 5 Network, where responsibilities include writing, shooting, producing, and editing news topical promotions and promotional spots for various programming. Prior to this role, Alan worked as a video editor at WATE TV Knoxville from June 1996 to May 1999, focusing on news packages and special projects. Alan's career began as a production assistant, gaining skills in studio operations, including running the camera and floor directing. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcasting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 1993 and 1997.
