Austin Pollack

Austin Pollack is an experienced storyteller and broadcaster currently working at NewsChannel 5 Network since November 2023. Prior to this role, Pollack was a reporter at WLEX-TV and served as a morning/noon anchor at WITN-TV, where a new Sunrise newscast was developed. Additional experience includes work as an evening anchor and news reporter at WDTV/WVFX, as well as Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations for the Mahoning Valley Scrappers. Pollack's early career featured public relations and broadcasting positions with various organizations, including Syracuse University Relay for Life, Orange Fizz, and NBC Olympics. Pollack holds a degree in Broadcast and Digital Journalism from Syracuse University.
