Doris Smith is an experienced local sales manager with a distinguished career in broadcast media. Since October 2006, Doris has been serving as the Local Sales Manager at NewsChannel 5 Network - WTVF/CBS Nashville. Prior to this role, Doris held the same position at WSMV-TV/Meredith Corporation from 1995 to 2006. Earlier in the career, Doris was the Vice President of Account Services at Gish, Sherwood & Friends from October 1993 to February 1995. Doris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 1970 and 1974.
