Sandy Boonstra has extensive experience in the television news industry, serving in various leadership roles at NewsChannel 5 Network since September 1990, including News Director, Assistant News Director, Executive Director of NewsChannel 5+, Executive Producer, and Special Projects Producer. Prior to this, Sandy Boonstra worked as a Writer at WXYZ-TV for a brief period in 1990 and as a Producer at WJRT-TV from 1985 to 1990.
