Barbara Ruys is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in architecture, landscape consulting, and the arts. As the owner of The Quiet Garden since June 2014, Barbara plans and facilitates international travel retreats for women, focusing on art meditation in renowned gardens. With a long-standing practice as the architect and owner of Plumtree Productions since March 1993, Barbara specializes in residential remodels and unique art tours. Additionally, Barbara serves as an adjunct instructor at Newschool of Architecture and Design while contributing as a volunteer to various organizations, including iWIA and the San Diego Baha'i Community.
