Stephen Matley

Steve Matley is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in construction management, strategic planning, and business development. Currently serving as the Owner of Building Solid Foundations, Matley hosts and produces the Building Solid Foundations Radio Show, airing on KCAA radio. As the President of Coast 2 Coast Equities, Inc., Matley specializes in land acquisition and syndicated real estate investment projects. With a significant academic role as Chair of Construction Management at the New School of Architecture and Design, Matley oversees graduate and undergraduate programs, and is involved in curriculum development. Additional contributions include board membership at the San Diego Creative Investors Association, previous leadership roles at the Inland Valley Business and Community Foundation, and a background in radio hosting and project management within government facilities. Matley's academic credentials include an MBA from Chapman University and a BS in Business Management from the University of La Verne.
